English Summary for International Visitors
These terms define how PRISM IP may be used and where responsibility boundaries apply. The service is provided as a lightweight technical lookup utility and does not guarantee legal-grade accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or perfect consistency across all geolocation providers. Users should treat lookup output as informational and verify important decisions with independent telemetry. Automated high-frequency abuse, scraping behavior that bypasses upstream limits, and illegal usage are explicitly out of scope. PRISM IP depends on third-party APIs for data retrieval, and those providers can change policies, availability, or pricing without notice. When such limits affect output quality or request success rates, PRISM IP cannot guarantee equivalent replacement behavior in every case. By continuing to use the service, users acknowledge that the tool is offered on an as-is basis and that operational risk remains with the requester. If these terms change, the current published version on this page becomes authoritative. Users who do not accept updated terms should discontinue service usage. For related policy context, review the Privacy page. For service background, review the About page. For issue escalation and reporting channels, use the Contact page.
If you rely on PRISM IP in customer-facing workflows, include an internal review step before acting on lookup output and document your fallback plan when upstream providers are unavailable. Responsible use includes validating uncertain results, respecting third-party usage policies, and avoiding automated behavior that can degrade service quality for others.
These principles are intended to keep usage transparent, lawful, and technically reliable for all users.
